The Senior HR Operations Manager will report directly to the Associate Director for HR Operations and will be responsible for providing specialist expertise to manage and develop services across the HR function, specifically around HR Systems and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand requirements and prioritize the program backlog.
  • Drive ServiceNow adoption within HR and across the firm, making it the central point for all HR services and activities.
  • Report progress to senior leadership and communicate risks.
  • Assist with integrating ServiceNow with Workday to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Manage the HR Service Catalogue and Knowledge Base.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of HR Systems, including ServiceNow and Workday, and strong problem-solving and decision-making experience.
