Senior HR Operations Manager

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Operations Manager to join our client's HR Operations team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing specialist expertise to manage and develop services across the HR function, specifically around HR Systems and ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with HR teams to understand requirements, prioritize the program backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features
- Drive ServiceNow adoption within HR and across the firm, making it the central point for all HR services and activities
- Report progress to senior leadership, provide regular updates, and communicate risks
- Assist with integrating ServiceNow with Workday to streamline processes, increase automation, and improve data accuracy
- Manage the HR Service Catalogue and Knowledge Base, ensuring they are current, and provide training to promote ServiceNow adoption
- Project management
- Stakeholder engagement
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of HR Systems, including ServiceNow and Workday, as well as HR processes and internal consulting skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making experience, good relationship management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential.
