About the Role

Job Title: Care Team Coordinator

Location: Burton on Trent

Estimated Salary: £15,170 - £19,600 per annum (based on hourly rate of £14.50)

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Care Team Coordinator to join our team at Hargate Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the overall management of the home and ensuring the highest standards of care are provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Registered Manager in implementing care plans and managing risk assessments
  • Developing strong relationships with children, staff, parents, and external agencies
  • Providing guidance and supervision to junior members of the team
  • Promoting a positive culture within the team

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Children and Young People or equivalent
  • Experienced in a supervisory role within children's residential care
  • Knowledgeable about legislation and guidelines for children's homes
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings where necessary
