At 5ab Care, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Care Worker to join our team in Burton upon Trent. As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support within our home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
The role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day leadership and support to a team of Residential Care Workers
- Ensuring that the physical, emotional, and social needs of children and young people are met
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, young people, and their families
We offer a competitive salary of up to £32,587 per annum inclusive of a £40 sleep-in allowance, as well as a range of benefits including employee assistance programme, private healthcare scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
