About the Position:This position involves providing high-quality care and support to children, acting as a mentor and supervisor to staff, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the home, ensuring that both day and night shifts run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and leading Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Managing shifts, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently.
- Providing nurturing support to children, building positive relationships and creating a safe and loving environment.
- Assisting in staff training and development, promoting best practices in child care and support.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our clients provide a supportive and stimulating environment for our children, allowing them to thrive and reach their full potential.
