Tudor Employment is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Burton on Trent.

This role offers a competitive salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per year, plus additional payments for sleep-ins (£60 per sleep). A valid full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.

We require the successful candidate to have prior experience working in children's care home settings and hold a Level 3 or 4 qualification in Residential Child Care (Children and Young People's Workforce) or be willing to work towards this.

We are looking for someone who can work flexible hours, including overnight sleep-ins, and has a valid Right to Work in the UK.

Your key responsibilities as a Residential Support Worker will include:

  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children and young people in our care.
