Pulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a Respiratory Care Coordinator to join our team in South and South East Staffordshire. The successful candidate will work closely with registered practitioners to deliver individualized pulmonary rehabilitation plans, progress treatments within guidelines and protocols, and empower patients to take control of their care through self-management.

You will be responsible for demonstrating tasks and equipment use to individuals and groups, providing education sessions as part of the pulmonary rehabilitation program, and ensuring accurate written documentation is disseminated to other professionals within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of rehabilitation and reablement principles, confidentiality, and data protection policies. You should have experience working with cardio-respiratory patients, teaching and instructing individuals and groups, and being IT literate.

As a Respiratory Care Coordinator, you will work under indirect supervision of registered practitioners and participate in clinical supervision for your own development. You will also prioritize, organize, and manage your workload to maintain and promote quality.
