Clinical Care Coordinator

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Towerview Care Ltd, providing care and support to individuals living with dementia, mental health issues, and challenging behaviours.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team, comprising Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Behavioural Specialists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Specialists, and Nutritionists.
Your positive attitude, patient approach, and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our service users and colleagues. You will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, enabling you to grow professionally and develop your skills.
A competitive salary of £20-£23 per hour, depending on experience, is offered, along with paid breaks, CPD opportunities, and appraisal bonuses. Our benefits package includes free uniform, free DBS checks, and ongoing training and support.
