Sales Development Rep / B2B Lead Generator

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Realise Recruitment in Glasgow.

Your primary role would be to develop new sales opportunities and set sales appointments for your field sales colleagues to attend. This is a challenging opportunity to work with a wide range of products and solutions, generating leads through telesales of IT or Telecoms solutions.

This is an exciting role that requires the ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and prioritising your workload to meet deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in approaching potential clients to discuss their needs.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and closing deals. You will also work closely with our experienced field sales consultants to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maximise sales opportunities.

The salary for this role is up to £28,000, with potentially negotiable pay based on experience, plus OTE (On-Target Earnings).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunities through telesales and lead generation
  • Set sales appointments for field sales colleagues to attend
  • Work closely with field sales consultants to maximise sales opportunities
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
