As the Office Operations Manager at WH Finance Ltd, a leading international luxury brand, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all day-to-day operations for the business.

About Us

Our company is built on delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients. As an Office Operations Manager, you will be working closely with our Directors to ensure seamless coordination of meetings, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records using Xero.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage office supplies, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence on behalf of the Directors.
  2. Utilize Xero for invoicing, general accounting, and financial management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in office administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with industry standards and based on your level of experience. Our estimated annual salary range is £45,000 - £55,000, depending on qualifications and background.
