Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our charity team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies to promote our charity and grow our supporter base.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing and communications plans to promote our charity and engage with our stakeholders
  • Creating compelling content to showcase our charity's work and impact
  • Building relationships with hospital staff, patients, and supporters to increase awareness of our fundraising efforts
  • Managing and monitoring our charity's digital presence, including social media and our website

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager who has a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies. Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Degree or equivalent level of experience in a relevant subject
  • Proven track record in marketing and communications, including experience of producing impactful communications and campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
