**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cookstown, working within the Community Mental Health Team.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage diaries, schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handling correspondence, including emails, letters and phone calls
  • Organising and maintaining records and filing systems
  • Taking minutes in meetings

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant/Team Secretary/Administrator
  • Minute Taking experience is essential
