Job Title: Clerical and Data Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Belfast City Centre. As a Clerical and Data Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support to individual departments and assist in the administration and implementation of administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide routine administrative support to departments, ensuring the effective operation of systems and procedures.
• Assist in the administration and implementation of administrative systems within departments.
• Manage the administration of the office, ensuring a high standard of service is provided to staff, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements:
• Minimum one year's experience in Administration.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
Working Hours:
• Band 3, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
