We are excited to offer this Sales Executive role at our showroom in Cambridge. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record of achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including £20,000 basic, rising to £23,000 with brand accreditation, and an uncapped OTE of £52,000, as well as a great work-life balance with a regular schedule of Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm, Saturdays 8:30am - 5pm, and 1 in 3 Sundays 10am - 4pm.
