Job Description:

The Strategic Client Advocate will play a crucial role in driving growth and engagement among our client base. This position requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who excels at building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful renewals.

  • Develop and implement customized strategies to drive client engagement and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upsells and cross-sells.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous employee equity stock option program.
