Sales Growth Specialist

At beBee Professionals in Cambridge, we're looking for a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet client needs and expand our business.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role, with a strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- A competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses.
