Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Ltd in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing month end accounts, managing budgets, and analyzing performance. They will also provide financial reports to senior management and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. In addition, they will have the opportunity to develop relationships and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Part/full Qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE qualification and previous experience in a similar position. Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as advanced Excel user skills, are essential. Self-motivation and excellent time management skills are also required.

Benefits:
