We are working with an innovative organisation, seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team. Working closely with the FP&A Manager and the C-suite, you’ll deliver high-quality financial insights, directly impacting data-driven decision-making and strategic growth.

Day to day, the Senior FP&A Analyst will be:


  • Partnering with key stakeholders to assess trends and provide forward-thinking direction
  • Evaluating opportunities and risks within the business, reporting recommended actions to influence current and new projects
  • Taking the lead on operational business performance, notifying business leaders of changes to targets, including reasoning and financial impact
  • Carrying out financial modelling to capture all datapoints, assess and analyse
  • Providing weekly updates and monthly reporting and analysis to business leaders


The Senior FP&A Analyst will need:


  • Proven experience in financial reporting, planning and analysis
  • A professional accounting qualification e.g ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Ability to organise, manage and drive projects
  • Advanced financial reporting and analysis skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent commercial acumen
