Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic reward plans, aligning with business goals and growth strategies, including compensation and benefits programs
  2. Manage and improve existing reward cycles, ensuring relevance and competitiveness in the market, while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  3. Collaborate across functions to integrate reward strategies with broader business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a reward leader or manager, with a strong track record of driving change and growth initiatives, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strategic thinking, with ability to develop and execute comprehensive reward plans that drive business results, including financial analysis and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across functions and stakeholder groups, including external partners and vendors
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and ambitious organization.
