Hotel Administrative Support

At Swinton Estate, we are seeking an experienced Hotel Administrative Support professional to assist with the Hotel, Bivouac and Estate accounts, including major processing and reconciliation of revenue, invoices and cash to Sage 50 Accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile financial transactions using Sage 50 Accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience in hotel administration or rural estate experience, with full training given as needed. You will also need to have excellent computer skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to work alone or as part of a team and have good communication skills.
