I am currently looking for an experienced Senior Administartor to work for my large client based in Swinton, Manchester on a permanent basis.

Ideally someone who has worked within the furniture industry would be desirable but not essential.

**1.** **SALES SUPPORT & ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION**
- Assist sales managers on pricing and quotations where required
- Oversee and manage quotation process including conversion of quotations to sales orders
- Direct and delegate preparation of quotes and job sheets between the administration team
- Control and manage job sheets and instructions to the factory regarding sales orders and on-going production
- Manage relations, orders, quotes and correspondence with existing customers
- Maintain all relevant documents relating to sales including purchase orders, snagging and client files

**2.** **PROCUREMENT**
- Liaising with the production team regarding stock levels and ordering products from approved suppliers at best value for money
- Raising orders and liaising with suppliers and the finance team regarding delivery and payment

**3.** **REPORTING**
- Update Production Chart for all new orders and highlight where customer’s PO’s have not been received
- Chase up all outstanding customer PO’s and monitor accordingly
- Liaise with the finance team regarding credit limits and new accounts
- Keep Production updated with any revisions to job sheets and delivery timetables
- Attend production meetings when required and assist the team with solutions to production issues
- Report to Sales Director

**MANAGEMENT**
- Train and mentor junior administrators to take on more responsibility by investing time in developing their skill sets
- Instil and encourage a culture of team spirit
- Implement a review process for quotations and any other output prepared by less experienced administrators
- Ensure that the team responds to clients within 24 hours and turns around quotations within 48 hours of receiving a request from the customer or the relevant sales manager
- Establish consistent and accurate communication with the company’s clients

The salary is raging from £23,000 - £26,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 & the role will be on a permanent basis.
