About the Role

This is a full-time position, requiring a high level of organization and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing exams and assessments, including registrations, timetabling, and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to learners, including registration and assessment services.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of exams and assessments.
  3. Prepare and dispatch entries to examination boards, and coordinate exam timetabling.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the Further Education Sector, preferably in a similar role.
  • Able to meet deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with JCQ regulations and individual awarding organisation guidelines.
