Psychology Support Worker

Vision for Education is seeking a skilled Psychology Support Worker to join our team in Manchester. In this exciting role, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to support pupils with special educational needs or social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist pupils with special educational needs or social, emotional, and mental health needs in the classroom and during lessons
- Provide one-to-one support to pupils to help them overcome barriers to learning
- Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies to improve pupil outcomes
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other staff members
- Either have completed or be working towards a qualification in Psychology
- Be passionate about supporting children with barriers to learning and committed to making a positive impact
