Support Worker

We are seeking individuals who possess strong, resilient qualities, as well as a warm and motivated approach, to support service users with complex learning disabilities and physical health needs in living within their own tenancies.
Creative Support is committed to delivering flexible, person-centred support, ensuring the highest quality of care for our service users. As a Relief Support Worker, you will work as part of our team on a rota basis, including sleep-in shifts, to provide respectful personal care and practical/emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing compassionate and dignified personal care
- Assisting Service Users to participate in local community activities
- Working flexibly in shifts over weekends, including waking nights
- Developing and sustaining warm relationships with service users
- Collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated service
Benefits:
You will have access to our free app, allowing you to pick up shifts across the country, receive information about services and shifts, and directions to locations. You will be paid on a weekly basis. With Creative Support, you can choose when and where you work, giving you flexibility and control over your career.
The estimated salary for this role is £10.50-£12.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
