Job Overview

Creative Support is a passionate and inclusive organization committed to providing person-centred support services. We are seeking a skilled Team Manager to lead our team of Senior staff and Support Workers in delivering high-quality support across supported tenancies in the Swinton area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of staff, ensuring effective leadership and supervision.
  • Ensure that caring and respectful personalized support is provided at all times.
  • Effectively manage accommodation and facilities, maintaining a high standard.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with individual support plans, service specification, and CQC requirements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and commissioners.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree or vocational qualification in health or social care.
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in assessing needs, planning support, deploying and supervising staff, and working effectively with stakeholders.
  • A high level of motivation and personal commitment.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
