Job Overview: SGS Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Childcare Specialist to join our team as a Residential Childcare Worker - Therapeutic Services. This role involves working with children aged 7 to 17 who have EBD and MLDD in a private residential care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and experience working with children with challenging behaviour.

Key Accountabilities:
  • • Develop and implement therapeutic programmes to support children with EBD and MLDD


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent experience working with children with challenging behaviour. You must also hold a valid driving licence and be fluent in English.
