Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team at Vision for Education in Manchester. As an Educational Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs or social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role
The successful candidate will work as a Teaching Assistant, providing essential support to both teachers and pupils. You will build positive relationships with pupils, devise strategies to overcome barriers to learning, and help them get the most out of their education.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, teachers, and other staff members
- Assist pupils with special educational needs or social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Provide support to teachers in the classroom and during lessons
- Help pupils develop skills and confidence to overcome barriers to learning

Requirements
- Have a warm and friendly nature to build positive relationships with pupils
- Either have completed or be working towards a qualification in Psychology
- Be passionate about supporting children with barriers to learning
