Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team in Swinton. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and safely in their own homes.
About the Role:
- Salary: £12 per hour (enhanced bank holiday rate of £18.00, £24 Christmas and New Year)

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks
- Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients, promoting their emotional well-being
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field (not essential but desirable)
- Previous experience in care or healthcare industry (not essential but desirable)
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work
