Care Quality Champion

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support our care at home services as a Care Quality Champion. As part of Home Instead Senior Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care and support to live safely and independently at home.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Senior Care Professionals, conducting spot checks, supervisions, and appraisals to meet Franchise Standards. You will also liaise with our Trainer to identify training and development opportunities for our Care Professionals.
As a key member of our team, you will be required to maintain accurate Client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software and People Planner. Additionally, you will provide support to our Client Services team and ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support our Senior Care Professionals in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients.

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support. If you have a minimum of 6 months care experience and are confident in using care management technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Requirements- Minimum of 6 months experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
- Passion for delivering the highest quality care and support to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
- Confident in using care management technology, including providing support and on-job training to Caregivers.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms.
- Full driving license and means of transport if required within the territory to visit clients.
- Organized and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
