Teacher and SENDCo Specialist

As our ideal candidate, you will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant postgraduate qualification in SEND. Your experience in creating and monitoring Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEND will enable you to provide tailored support to meet their specific needs.
You will be an exceptional leader who can foster strong relationships with parents, external agencies, and the local authority to support students with SEND effectively. Regularly reviewing progress and adjusting interventions as necessary, your expertise will make a significant difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
