About Us: The Lost Estate is a unique and diverse team of talents working together to define a new genre of live-experience entertainment.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Trade Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving trade, group, and corporate sales, as well as proactively managing key trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop and implement contracts for third-party and travel trade sellers, establishing and maintaining positive commercial relationships to increase revenue.
  • Proactively target companies and organizations to increase group sales, responsible for driving group sales direct to consumer and managing this process end-to-end.
  • Deputize when required for the Head of Sales and Ticketing.
  • Assist in the management of guest retention and growth, including database management, superfan growth, and complaint resolution.
  • Compile and distribute weekly sales reports and assist with data tasks when required.
  • Complete venue and sales capacity management.
  • Assist with ticket system builds, including event builds, discount codes, and others as and when required.
  • Assist with daily and weekly ticketing team tasks, including responding to queries as required.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on approach to sales with experience of achieving targets.
  • Current networks of commercial relationships - you come with a 'black book'.
  • Skilled in monitoring finances for the development of concise reporting and sales projections.
  • Effective sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Managing processes, including the configuration of events, installing updates, designing new reports, fixing technical problems, and liaising with the system provider and other suppliers.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Previous experience with Line-Up or ticketing and database systems.
