We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Lead to join our team and drive business growth through exceptional client relationships and strategic thinking.
About You- An experienced Account Director in the healthcare agency sector, with a passion for making a real difference for teams and clients.
- A proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including project stakeholders and senior client leads.
- Able to operate with a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and identify opportunities for account development.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and identify opportunities for growth.
- Account Development: Continuously seek out new business opportunities and develop proposals to convert curiosity into successful projects.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with agency capabilities, subject matter specialists, and project management teams to formulate solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
- A competitive salary range: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
