Strategic Marketing Enablement Director

We're looking for a highly strategic and proactive individual to drive marketing and sales enablement initiatives globally. This is a key role in our organization, and we need someone who can take ownership of driving results-oriented marketing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Product/Segment Marketing
- Create and execute targeted marketing strategies and budgets that align with business objectives, working closely with key stakeholders to monitor and adjust as needed.
- Draft and maintain product-level messaging and talking points to educate client-facing individuals and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns that demonstrate business impact and deliver new ideas and thinking to the organization.
- Create high-quality sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, product sheets, and sales presentations, to support sales efforts and reinforce our value proposition.
- Facilitate new product launches by identifying message points and coordinating with product experts to develop materials that align with our broader product suite.
- Identify industry conferences and events that serve as key channels for our spokespeople and messages, working closely with the Global Conferences and Events Manager.
- Partner with centralized content teams to create a content program that positions us as thought leaders and drives key campaign messages to market.
- Contribute to PR strategy by assisting with interview prep and press releases for new products, working closely with the Global PR Manager.
- Support new business marketing efforts by influencing deal teams to build pitch stories and articulate client benefits and differentiators, creating memorable pitches that showcase our value proposition.
- Manage the development of customized sales collateral, working closely with other marketing managers, subject matter experts, sales, and product contacts.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of sales presentations and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all channels.
- Work with Global Marketing core areas and Compliance to ensure coordinated approval of external marketing and sales materials, maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a marketing field or equivalent qualification required.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a B2B strategic marketing role, with a proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing programs and measuring outcomes.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the global asset management and/or asset servicing industry and/or institutional banking, with knowledge of our products and services.
- Experience working within global and matrixed team structures, with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong sense of accountability for projects undertaken.
- Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to design and drive marketing campaigns and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong creativity and ability to understand and simplify complex business requirements, conveying them effectively through print and multimedia.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence thinking and drive consensus, thriving in a collaborative, global environment.
We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
