Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Services Manager to join our team at Emeria. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our reception area.

This is a full-time position based in London, with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

About the Role

  • Provide front-of-house services, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, handle travel arrangements, and coordinate events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues, visitors, and clients, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or management role, preferably in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
