About the Role:- We are seeking a skilled Intervention Tutor to join our team, providing 1:1 or small group support to students with special educational needs in a primary school in Walsall.
- As an Intervention Tutor, you will work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized support plans, promoting the academic and social growth of students.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, a passion for teaching and learning, and a commitment to ensuring the safeguarding of children at all times.
- We value candidates with experience supporting children with ASD and ADHD, as well as those with a background in an educational setting or relevant transferable skills.
- Our ideal candidate will possess effective behaviour management skills, flexibility to work across year groups and key stages, and the ability to use initiative in lesson planning and delivery.
- A valid enhanced DBS check and free child protection training will be required for this position.
The estimated salary range for this role is £25-£35 per hour.
