Psychological Care Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our passionate team of healthcare professionals at Active Care Group. As a dedicated psychotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering expert psychological care to individuals with complex needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective therapeutic plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Your expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches will be invaluable in helping clients overcome the emotional and cognitive effects of brain injury and stroke.
- You will also play a key role in supporting family members and carers, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to help their loved ones achieve optimal recovery.
- Through your contributions, you will help drive continuous service development, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovative care solutions.
**What We Offer:**
- Competitive annual salary of £57,500 - £62,500, dependent on qualifications and experience
