Job Description:

The Chelsea Psychology Clinic invites applications for a Psychological Services Lead position. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HCPC registered clinical or counselling psychologist to join our Adult Pathway team.

In this role, you will lead the provision of specialist psychology services to clients with a range of mental health needs. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing your expertise in Schema Therapy, DBT, EMDR, and Couples Therapy. Experience in working with clients aged 18+ in NHS or private mental health settings is essential.

This role offers a competitive salary, opportunities for professional development, and a collaborative work environment. You will have access to a dedicated Assistant Psychologist and billing team to support your caseload and client communication. The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 pro rata depending on experience.
