Director of Psychological Services

We are seeking a Director of Psychological Services to lead our psychology team in North Yorkshire. As a key member of the senior management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of our services and contributing to the delivery of high-quality psychological care.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the psychology team, developing services, and advising on psychological aspects of organisational functioning. You will work closely with the Hospital Director, Director of Clinical Services, and Medical Director to ensure the professional psychological practice and quality of the psychology department.
Your Background
You should have extensive experience in clinical leadership, including the ability to develop others, offer containment and support, and provide professional guidance to reduce risks and aid recovery. You must also have effective consultancy skills and competence in line management responsibilities and service-related standards.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.
