Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Psychology department and contribute to the wider school vision.

The ideal candidate is a qualified and highly experienced Psychology teacher with a proven track record of success in leading a department. They possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and build a high-performing team, and in-depth knowledge of Psychology curricula and assessment practices. A passion for Psychology education and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
