Senior Forensic Psychology Lead

Shire Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Senior Forensic Psychology Lead to join their team in North Yorkshire. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £78,250 - £81,500 FTE.
As a Senior Forensic Psychology Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of psychologists within a forensic service. To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience working and leading within forensic services, as well as HCPC registration as a Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic Psychologist.
This is a senior management position, requiring strong leadership and management skills. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality psychological therapies to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the complex nature of psychological therapies and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
