About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical or Forensic Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological assessments, interventions, and training to support patients' mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- To conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive, emotional, and behavioral evaluations.
- To design and deliver individual and group therapy programs tailored to patients' specific needs.
- To collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that promote positive outcomes.
- To contribute to the development of clinical services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
Competitive Salary Package
We offer a highly competitive salary up to £57,200pa, plus a welcome bonus of £4,000 and a relocation package of £3,000 (t&c's apply). Additionally, we provide opportunities for career progression, monthly reflective practice, and support with continuing professional development (CPD).
