Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality lessons for students studying BTEC National in Health and Social Care (Level 3) and A-Level Psychology (AQA).
  • Potential to teach BTEC Tech Award in Health and Social Care (Level) and GCSE Psychology.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and improve teaching practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or PGCE in Health and Social Care, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching and assessing students.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum requirements and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in teaching BTEC Level 3 and A-Level Psychology (AQA).
  • Knowledge of BTEC Tech Award in Health and Social Care (Level) and GCSE Psychology.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £30,000-£50,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits such as health insurance and pension scheme.
