Job Description Summary
We are recruiting for a highly skilled Psychotherapy Specialist to join our Plastic Surgery Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing specialist psychotherapeutic interventions to patients undergoing reconstructive surgery. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Department
The Plastic Surgery Psychology Team is a specialist service that provides expert psychological support to patients undergoing reconstructive surgery. Our team works closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. We are committed to delivering innovative solutions to meet the complex needs of our patients.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychotherapeutic interventions to patients undergoing reconstructive surgery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapies to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in audit and research initiatives to advance our understanding of plastic surgery psychology
