Clinical Psychologist Specialist Practitioner

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Plastic Surgery Psychology team. As a specialist practitioner, you will work alongside our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychological care to patients undergoing reconstructive surgery. Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist psychological assessment and treatment to patients undergoing reconstructive surgery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Contribute to audit and research initiatives to enhance our understanding of plastic surgery psychology
Requirements
- Postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- Evidence of personal and specialist professional development with achieved outcomes in relevant clinical specialism
- Experience working within a clinical health psychology setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage stressful situations
