Commercial Planning Business Partner

We are seeking a highly analytical Commercial Planning Business Partner to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Pricing and Promotions Strategy: Collaborate with our commercial team to evaluate and optimize pricing strategies and promotional activities across our business, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data across our estate, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Budget Support: Contribute to the ongoing analysis of sales levers and performance versus targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Commercial Analytics: Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing strategic solutions.
- Product Portfolio Management: Support our product management team in evaluating product performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our finance, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies and alignment across all departments.
- A relevant degree in a business-related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial planning, or buying, with a strong analytical background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
