About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical Commercial Planning Business Partner to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing and Promotions Strategy: Assist in evaluating business-to-business (B2B) pricing strategies and business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) promotional activities to optimize revenue and profitability aligned with company objectives.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales data across sites and product categories, preparing reports and presenting findings to aid in decision-making for senior leaders.
  • Budget Support: Contribute to the ongoing analysis of sales levers, and performance versus targets.
  • Commercial Analytics: Use data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, spotting areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Support the product management team in evaluating product performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial strategies and alignment across all departments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant degree with around 3 years of experience within financial analysis, commercial planning, or buying. You will be highly analytical and have a strong understanding of business operations. If you have also worked within the hospitality or retail industry, we encourage you to apply.
