Key Responsibilities


As our Studio Coordinator, you will support the City of Manchester client account and work closely with the Client Services, Event, and Production teams for the 2024 MTV EMAs. Your tasks will include scheduling meetings, managing status reports, and communications.


Key Tasks



  1. Provide administrative support to the Client Services team across various projects, from scheduling to managing meetings and reports.
  2. Collaborate with the Client Services and Event teams on the ground during MTV Music Week and EMA events, ensuring event and show running, and sponsorship integration support.
  3. Track and collate City integrations across the MTV EMA project, encompassing channel promotion, city branding, and PR coverage.
  4. Prepare debrief documents for the city, including the collation and formatting of results and references throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Work with international Legal teams to ensure sponsorships comply with local market guidelines and maintain team documents with the latest legal guidelines.
  6. Compile sponsorship results with regions and collaborate with Media Planning teams to create post-campaign reports.
  7. Promote internal communications and stakeholder support for asset delivery, such as shows, promos, and marketing assets, during Tentpole Events.
  8. Coordinate international marketing and social campaign deliveries, including movie trailer and campaign launches, and branded content and tentpole sponsorships.
  9. Support in briefing, producing, and delivering social media campaign assets to internal stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with international Legal teams to ensure social content is compliant with local market guidelines and maintain team documents with the latest social guidelines.
  11. Develop skills in social campaign coordination, asset delivery, and monitoring live campaigns.
  12. Prepare and format reports, track project progress, and compile results.
  13. Demonstrate proficiency in Photoshop, social copywriting for our brands, and skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
