About the Role:

We are partnering with an innovative and unconventional Architectural studio in London, known for their visionary projects and collaborative culture, to find a highly organized and proactive Studio Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of a vibrant, creative environment.

  • Be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and handling general inquiries.
  • Oversee the procurement and stock management
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and managing team calendars.
  • Support the team with document preparation, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain and organize studio files, records, and project documents.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably within a creative or design environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software is a plus.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting creative teams.
