We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to join our dynamic team at UniQ Studios in South-East London.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities and processes related to the efficient running of our studio. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure sales targets are met and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee processes and all day-to-day running tasks of our studios and location spaces
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to client acquisition and business development strategy
  • Implement general business development and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate the sales process from inception to contract finalisation
  • Telephone or meeting consultations with prospective and existing clients
  • Up-sell services and conduct rates negotiations with prospective and existing clients
  • Manage set up and take down of studio/lighting setup
  • Manage general studio upkeep and tidy up
  • Assist with and manage studio hire and event space bookings
  • Client relationship and retention management
  • Studio hire booking software updates and management
  • Create and review client quotes/proposals and ensure all chargeable works are invoiced promptly and accurately
  • Create sales reports on our CRM and assist with accounts preparation
  • Reconcile payments and confirm invoice payments with senior management
  • Organise promotional activities for new & existing product/services
  • Attend trade shows and networking events

Requirements:

  • Some experience working for a studio hire or space hire company
  • Full driver's licence and car
  • Sales and target orientated with a strong commercial awareness
  • Passion for providing the highest level of customer service to new and existing clients
  • Must be detail oriented, diligent, and very well organised
  • Comfortable working with numbers
  • Professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload, multi-task using effective time management skills
  • Experience in photography and video production
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to meet deadlines (no 9 to 5 mentality)
  • Ability to take initiative and work calmly under pressure
  • Strong photography and video production kit/equipment and power distribution knowledge
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts on weekends and evenings as required to oversee bookings

Desirables:

  • Working knowledge of SEO and Adwords would be an advantage
