Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Keeping: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronically and on paper, to ensure seamless access to client information.
  • Typing and Correspondence: As a skilled typist, you will prepare letters, emails, and other administrative tasks using the Big Hand system, and dispatch correspondence promptly and efficiently.
  • Diary Management: You will assist fee earners with diary management, preparing for meetings, and organizing appointments, court dates, and other important events.
  • Client Queries: You will handle routine client enquiries by answering phones professionally, making appointments, taking messages, and resolving straightforward queries.
  • Client Accounting: You will collaborate with the accounts team on client accounting matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient management of client finances.
